About

Dr. Fee has a background in synthesis and mechanics of biomaterials, image processing, tissue engineering scaffold characterization, and gene expression induced by the cellular substrate topology.
He currently applies this engineering background to the field of genetic diagnostics, microarray testing, data analysis, and procedural optimization.

Title: Fractal-Like Complexity in Cytogenetic Analysis: Using OGM to Unmask Intricate Structural Variants

Discussion of three clinical cases where Optical Genome Mapping (OGM) was used to unveil cytogenetic complexity unappreciated in previous genetic testing. Presented at the 2026 American Cytogenomics Confrence in San Diego, CA. May 18th, 2026.
